Insyte Tracker is an AI-powered field operations intelligence platform. We help field service companies analyse job site videos and generate professional performance reports automatically. Our platform is accessible at www.insytetracker.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

Account information — your name, email address, company name and password when you sign up
Video footage — bodycam and phone videos you upload for AI analysis
Report data — AI-generated reports, performance scores, hazard flags and compliance records
Usage data — how you interact with the platform, pages visited, features used
Technician data — names and performance records of field technicians you add to your account

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Insyte Tracker service:

To analyse uploaded videos using AI and generate performance reports
To maintain your account and provide access to your dashboard
To send you transactional emails such as report completions and account notifications
To improve our AI models and platform features
To provide customer support when you contact us

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share your video footage with anyone outside of our platform.

4. Video Data

Videos you upload are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and are only used to generate your AI reports. Videos are retained according to your chosen retention policy (30, 60, 90 or 365 days) and then permanently deleted. Your video footage is never shared with third parties and never accessible to other Insyte Tracker customers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
All data transmission uses TLS/HTTPS encryption
Each customer's data is isolated in their own storage environment
We perform regular security audits and backups

6. Google Sign-In

We offer the option to sign in using your Google account. When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access any other Google account data. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following service providers who help us operate the platform: Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare R2 for video storage, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude for AI analysis, Resend for email delivery, and Railway for application hosting. All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
Correction — update or correct your personal information
Deletion — delete your account and all associated data permanently
Export — export your reports and data at any time

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Videos are retained according to your chosen retention policy. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
