Common questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a video hour?
Each video you submit for analysis counts against your monthly video hours based on its duration. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You can pay by EFT or card.
What happens when I hit my PDF download limit?
You can purchase additional reports individually (R50 each) or as a bundle. Reports can be purchased at any time from your account settings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Professional plan includes a free trial. No credit card required to start. Contact sales for an extended trial on the Enterprise plan.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the applicable South African rate will be added at checkout.
